• New house development projects -  from 1 house to 14 houses - check viability and feasibility of the land and development, construction drawing pack (in conjunction with specialist team: ie quantity surveyor, structural engineers, mechanical engineers)

• Commercial projects , CAT A, CAT A+ & CAT B

• Project presentations with moodboards, visuals, sketches, finishes and technical drawings

• Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists

• Site visits to check progress during the design and build process.

• Supply furniture to commercial projects
